Return of goods that have already been ordered or received is generally possible in compliance with the following provisions:
- The goods must not be older than 3 months / 90 days and must reach GEZE GmbH within this period
- The goods are unused and have not been assembled since then
- The goods are undamaged and in the original packaging
- The goods are in stock and not custom-made
- The goods are not discontinued items
- The online return/complaint form must be enclosed with the returned goods
When returning goods, processing costs are incurred, which are deducted when creating the credit note following the re-storage:
- 20% of the net value of the goods, but at least a fee of €50, provided the goods are in perfect condition
and in the original packaging.
